Itraconazole 200 mg is used in moderate to severe or systemic fungal infections, including:
- Systemic mycoses: Histoplasmosis, blastomycosis, aspergillosis (chronic)

- Candidiasis (oral, esophageal, or vaginal)
- Tinea corporis, cruris, pedis (ringworm, jock itch, athleteβs foot)
