Temozolomide 20 mg Capsule is an oral alkylating agent used mainly in the treatment of brain tumors, especially glioblastoma multiforme and anaplastic astrocytoma. It is a prodrug that undergoes spontaneous conversion to the active compound MTIC (monomethyl triazeno imidazole carboxamide).
