๐ Description:
- Dapsone is a synthetic sulfone antibiotic.
- It is bacteriostatic against Mycobacterium leprae and some other pathogens.

Contraindications:

- Dermatitis herpetiformis: 50โ100 mg daily (adjusted per response)
- PCP prophylaxis (alternative): 100 mg once daily
