🧪 Composition:

  • Each vial contains:
    Bendamustine Hydrochloride 25 mg
    (as a lyophilized powder for reconstitution)

Indications / Uses:

  1. Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)
  2. Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL) – indolent types
  3. Multiple Myeloma (off-label in some regions)

⚖️ Dosage & Administration:

  • Dose and schedule vary depending on indication.
    Example for CLL:
    • 100 mg/m² IV on Days 1 & 2 of a 28-day cycle, for up to 6 cycles
  • For NHL:
    • 120 mg/m² IV on Days 1 & 2 of a 21-day cycle
  • Reconstitution:
    • Reconstitute with Sterile Water for Injection
    • Further dilute in 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection
    • Administer via IV infusion over 10–60 minutes
