- Antineoplastic Agent β Alkylating Agent
- Used in hematologic cancers
β Indications:
- Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)
- Indolent Non-Hodgkinβs Lymphoma (NHL) (that progressed during or within 6 months of rituximab therapy)
- Multiple Myeloma (off-label in some settings)
βοΈ Dosage & Administration:

- Reconstitute 100 mg vial with 4 mL of Sterile Water for Injection (25 mg/mL)
- Dilute required dose in 0.9% Sodium Chloride to final volume of 500 mL
- Use non-PVC infusion sets
- Do not mix with dextrose or other drugs

- Severe myelosuppression
- Monitor for infections
