Indicated for:
- Acute diarrhea in children (as per WHO/UNICEF guidelines)

Dosage (as per WHO recommendations):
- Children 6 months to 5 years: 20 mg once daily for 14 days
- Infants under 6 months: 10 mg once daily for 14 days
