Domperidone Oral Liquid 1 mg/mL is a dopamine (D2) receptor antagonist used primarily to treat nausea and vomiting, and to enhance gastric motility. The oral liquid form is especially suitable for children and patients who have difficulty swallowing tablets.

Prescribed for:
- Nausea and vomiting due to various causes
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in infants and children
- Delayed gastric emptying
- Functional dyspepsia
- Sometimes used (off-label) to promote lactation in postpartum women
Typical dosing:
- Infants & Children: 0.25β0.5 mg/kg per dose, 3 times daily before meals
- Adults: 10 mg (i.e., 10 mL) up to 3 times daily before meals
